It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We can positively benefit from this approach. Don't try to exercise only for health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Make sure it is an activity you like to do, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as many of todays fitness approaches. How effective is any exercise program if you only do it for a few months!
