Don't try to exercise only for the sake of health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Make sure it is an activity you like to do, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient as todays indepth fitness approaches. After all how effective is any exercise program if you turf it after only several months!
