To them playing and having fun is way more significant than the exercise component. It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We can positively benefit from this approach. Don't try to exercise only for healthfulness, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Make sure it is an activity you like to do, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient as todays adult fitness approaches. How effective is a modern exercise program if you turf it after only several months!
