To them playing and having fun is way more important than the exercise feature of being physically active. It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We should learn from this approach. Don't try to exercise only for health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Have it be something you enjoy, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as trendy as many of the high tech fitness approaches. After all how effective is any exercise program if you give it up after 3 months!
