We can learn from this approach. Don't try to exercise for only the sake of health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Have it be something you enjoy, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as most of todays fitness approaches. After all how effective is an exercise program if you only do it for a few months!
