To them playing and having fun is above, way above, the exercise feature of physical activity. It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We can benefit from this approach. Don't try to exercise solely for health reasons, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Ensure it is an activity you like, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or not as trendy as most of todays high tech fitness approaches. After all how effective is an exercise program if you quit shortly after starting it!
