It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We can learn from this approach. Don't try to exercise just for health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Have it be something you enjoy, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or not as trendy as most of todays high tech fitness approaches. After all what good is an exercise program if you give it up after 3 months!
