Don't try to exercise for only the sake of health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Ensure it is an activity you like, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as many of todays fitness approaches. How effective is a modern exercise program if you do not follow it!
