To them playing and having fun is by far more important than the exercise feature of physical activity. It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We can learn from this approach. Don't try to exercise solely for health reasons, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Ensure it is an activity you like, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as most of todays fitness approaches. What good is a high tech exercise program if you stop doing it after a short time!
