It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We can positively benefit from this approach. Don't try to exercise for only the sake of health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Make sure it is something you enjoy, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as most of todays fitness approaches. How effective is a modern exercise program if you fail to follow it!
