They know the word and in some sense what it means, but it does not have a real place in their life. To them playing and having fun is by far a priority over the exercise part of being active. It is never a chore to them, never a 'workout', always just plain fun... We should take note of this approach. Don't try to exercise just for health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Make sure it is an activity you like to do, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as many of todays fitness approaches. After all how effective is any exercise program if you give it up shortly after beginning!
