Don't try to exercise for only the sake of health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Ensure that it is something you enjoy, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or as targeted as many of todays fitness approaches. After all how effective is any exercise program if you quit after a few months!
