We should take note of this approach. Don't try to exercise only for the sake of health, appearance, doctors orders, etc, etc. Make sure it is something you enjoy, something that is fun for you above all else, even if it is not as efficient or not as trendy as most of todays high tech fitness approaches. How good is an exercise program if you do not follow it!
